I am a specialist in most types of matters involving property and head the Property Department at Redferns. I have been at the firm since 1981 and have been a Director since 1982.
I am a member of ALEP (the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners) and I am on the LEASE panel. I have been handling lease extensions and collective enfranchisement since before the 1993 Act as well as Right to Manage and service charge disputes. In addition I act for many individuals and companies in respect of their commercial property needs. I also deal with residential matters.
Away from the office I am kept busy by my family but still find time to watch Tottenham and play football.
Landlord and Tenant
I have been a Director since April 2013. I undertake Personal Injury,
Clinical Negligence and General Litigation claims.
Over the years, I have dealt with a mixed bag of personal injury
and clinical negligence claims to include delays in diagnosis, negligent
surgery, inquests, fatal accidents, both serious and minor road traffic
accidents, slips and trips and accidents at work. Additionally I handle
both commercial and civil litigation which ranges from contentious
probate, professional negligence, landlord and tenant disputes to debt
I care about getting the right outcome for our clients and work closely
with each client to ensure that they achieve the best settlement possible.
I joined Redferns in March 2010 as an assistant solicitor in the property department. I was appointed a Director on the 13th November 2018.
I specialise in property law, dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing, dealing with both freehold and leasehold transactions and in particular the purchase of new developments and shared ownership schemes.
When not at work I like to travel and experience difference cultures. I speak fluent gujarati and hindi.

I joined Redferns in 2005 as a Paralegal and I became a Trainee soon after. I was appointed a Director on the 29th November 2018. I specialise in the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorneys, Registration of all Powers of Attorneys, Court of Protection Applications and the Administration of Estates. I also handle residential conveyancing matters both freehold and leasehold to include shared ownership properties.
I am a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Buying and selling properties
I qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 and joined Redferns in July 2018 as an Assistant Solicitor and appointed as a Director on the 29th November 2018, specialising in residential conveyancing, having been a former Partner at Vroobel Kaye since 2006 and therefore have built up a loyal client base.
I deal with Sales, Purchases, Lease Extensions. New Build properties, Help to Buy loans, and Shared Ownership properties.
I am committed to dealing with transactions as quickly as possible and keep in regular contact throughout the transaction.
Out of the office most of my time is taken up by two young children.
I am a trainee solicitor in the property and wills and probate department.
I joined Redferns on the 20th January 2015 as a Paralegal. I became a Trainee soon after
and qualified in August 2018.
I work alongside Shabana Dad in the Litigation department dealing with Personal Injury,
Clinical Negligence and all other litigious matters including Landlord and Tenant matters.
